    No, we do not tan hides, but we can recommend a tannery. Just give us a call!

    Yes, we require an appointment. Our address is not listed, but we will provide directions upon booking.
  • What are your shop hours?
    We are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm CST. We take lunch from noon to 1pm. We are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Need to speak with us? Leave a message and we'll get back to you soon!

  • Do you build or repair boots?
    No, at this time we do not offer boot repair services. Give us a call today for a local referral.

  • My project shipped. How can I track my package?
    Once an item is shipped, you can expect to receive an email from our shipping partner, Pirate Ship, with your tracking information. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  • I need a repair and I am not local. Do you accepted shipped items?
    Yes, if your product requires a repair or rebuild and you aren't local, we accept shipments and can provide our shipping address. We also ship completed projects to the lower 48 states.
  • When will I receive my custom order?
    Custom projects and leather repair service times vary and are handled on a case by case basis. Lead times for custom projects are typically 5 weeks, but may be longer as the December Christmas rush approaches. Be sure to get your orders in early. If we are shipping your order, you can expect to receive it in 7-10 business days.
