Return Policy

Custom Orders

Unless your order was received damaged or a mistake was made on our part, no refunds or returns are accepted.  All sales on custom orders are final.  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.  We will make arrangements for a replacement.

Online Orders

Thank you for shopping at Diamond B Custom Leather!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Exchanges & Refunds
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. 

  • All sales of discounted items are FINAL.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at   Most of our inventory are custom, one-of-a-kind creations.  As such, we will do our best to duplicate the details of the original purchased item.  We will ship your replacement at no cost to you.  In the event that we are unable to guarantee a matching replacement, we will arrange a full refund.

Refunds (for applicable, full-priced damaged or defective items)
We only provide refunds for items if they are defective or damaged.  If you would like to request a refund, email us at  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then a full refund (including shipping) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
